Rules Regarding Admission:
1. Candidates seeking admission must be introduced in person to the Headmistress by the parents / guardians who will be responsible for their conduct.
2. They must forward to the Headmistress admission forms duly filled in and signed by the parents / guardians with the transfer certificates and progress reports from the schools last attended, photo copy of Aadhar card, caste cum income certificate and bank passbook of the candidates.
3. Parents / Guardians shall make sure the names, date of birth and other details of their children before they are recorded in the school registers.
4. . A pupil who applies for the transfer certificate will pay the fees of the term before obtaining it. After submitting the application for T.C a pupil may have to wait at least for 3 days.
Regulations Regarding Attendance and Leave:
1.a) Every pupil should invariably be present on the reopening day after the holidays. In case of any grave reason for absence, the parent should meet the Headmistress before taking leave. A leave note stating the reason for absence will not suffice.
b) If a pupil is unable to attend class due to illness or unforeseen reasons, the parent / guardian should invariably send a leave note.
c) If leave is required for reasons other than illness, the student should approach the Headmistress before hand with a note from her.
d) A leave note sent after the absence and without taking prior permission will neither be accepted nor will the student be admitted to class.
2. No pupil shall absent herself from an examination except for the reasons previously approved by the Headmistress. In case of illness, a medical certificate should be produced.
3. If a student needs to leave the school campus for genuine reasons, parents should obtain necessary permission from the Headmistress and accompany the student.
4. Leave letter should be duly signed by the Parents / Guardians.
5.a) Books, Magazines, News papers, CDs and any electronic gadgets other than those permitted by the Headmistress should not be brought to school and circulated among the students.
b) No collection of money is allowed without the previous permission of the Headmistress.
c) Books, Tiffin carriers, etc. should bear the owner's name and the owner herself is responsible for the safe keeping of her belongings.
d) Pupils are expected to make good the damages done to the school property such as library books, furniture, science apparatus, sports articles, computer lab etc.
e) Letters to students addressed to the school are subject to scrutiny by the Headmistress.
Students’ Conduct and Discipline:
1. Students should be punctual and regular to school.
2. They should observe strict silence at the assembly and while leading into the classrooms, knowing that the school is a temple of learning.
3. They should provide themselves with the necessary books , stationery and avoid lending and borrowing.
4. They should be diligent in their duty and come to class well prepared with daily lessons and with their home work carefully done.
5. Irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual neglect of studies and indifference to school work will be brought to the notice of the parent/ guardian.
6. Pupil should complete the previously given homework and come prepare to the class.
7. Students should be courteous in their dealings with one another and respectful towards their teachers. They should remember to use the golden phrases
‘PLEASE’, ‘THANK YOU’ and
‘EXCUSE ME’.
8. They should leave their places in perfect order, never throw papers in the school campus, be neat and tidy in their person, dress and books.
9. They should conform to the rules and modesty regarding dress and should come to school in full school uniform every day.

Honesty shall be their watchword. They should remember that it is mean and below their dignity to tell a lie, to copy during tests and examinations and above all not to take things that belongs to another.
11. They should take pride in lending a helping hand to all school functions and take an active part in all co-curricular activities such as Social Service, Competitions, School Games and Excursions. The school expects every student to be a member of at least one of the clubs and of the school teams for their own benefit.
12. Though the institution is not responsible for the conduct of its students outside the premises, yet it will take note of any serious misconduct brought to its notice. Even in public places they are expected to conduct themselves in a way that brings credit to their Alma Mater.
13. No pupil shall take tuition from any of the school teachers or from others without the permission of the Headmistress. They are recommended to seek help of their teachers and to work hard.
To Parents and Guardians:
Parental co-operation is indispensable for the proper education of children. Hence Parents are earnestly recommended to give the whole hearted co operation in work of such great importance by enforcing regularity and discipline at home.
Parents are requested to see that the children do the homework assigned and study their daily lessons.
They should insist on regularity in attendance at school and not keep their children at home and take them away from school for trivial reasons or take their children away on long leave as this will hamper their progress in studies and ultimately ruin their education.
For promotion, A Pupil must put in 75% of attendance and must regularly attend craft, fine arts, physical training, games and tests.
Parents should encourage their children to participate wholeheartedly in the co-curricular activities in the school.
Meeting the Headmistress:
Parents are requested to meet the Headmistress at least once a term and ascertain the progress and conduct of their children.

Nursery Headmistress 9.00 a.m - 12.00 noon
Primary Headmistress 8.30 a.m - 9.00 a.m , 3.30 p.m - 4.30 p.m
High School Headmistress 8.30 a.m - 10.00 a.m , 3.15 p.m - 4.30 p.m
Prior appointment is necessary to meet them at other times
Meeting the Teachers:
Parents may meet the individual teachers before or after class with previous appointment. They are requested not to disturb them during class hours.
